Trevor grew up in the family business, first golf course with his dad in 1999. He led Blue Jay Irrigation through hard seasons, multiple locations, and roughly three times the revenue in seven years, on a culture of accountability, trust, and plain communication.
As a John Maxwell Certified Coach he pairs that operator experience with proven frameworks, so leaders leave with tools they can use on a Monday morning, not just on a whiteboard.
